I have a quick question about the personal webspace that you can associate with Shaw email accounts.
I had to create a quick photo album for somebody. However I have found that the reliability is very poor. Some of the pages will load perfectly, others the html portion will load but the pictures won't, and on still others I get errors about the page just not been found. Clicking refresh would sometimes fix the problem, other times give you a different problem. Shaw tech support said it was due to my uploaded information not been fully propagated through their load balancing and caching infrastructure.
Based on other peoples experience is this true? Will waiting a few hours cause all of these problems to go away? I know conceptually how web server farms go together and the explanation makes sense, I just want to make sure I'm not been handed a line.
