I had a similar, although unrelated problem with shared objects like that last 
night.  It was because I had version 2.2 instead of 2.0.  Rather than 
downgrading, I just made a symbolic link to the existing version and hoped 
for backwards compatibility.  Not good system administration practices, but 
it worked.  :-)  So that may be a hack solution that works for you if you 
just really, really, _really_ need that torrent.  ;-)
