There are add ons for IPcop that can filter web content out.  We�re in the 
process of extending this functionality, it should be ready approximately 
with IPcop 1.4.  It�s kinda nice, �cause it also blocks out advertising on 
webpages too.  If you need a copy of it in advance (It blocks content now, we
�re making it bypassible) I can send you a copy.  The link from the IPcop.org 
site isn�t at all up to date, though it does work.

Others have already made suggestions for the spam filters on a mail server.
