As you can probably imagine, should you colocate at the new Enmax / Envision facility, power should never be a problem. We have also worked with Envision to provide a number of LAN speed connections to our customers in the downtown core. The Envision price was half of what Telus wanted and we had our choice of half or full duplex, 10 or 100, layer 2 or layer 3, managed or unmanaged (in any combination). The advantage of something like unmanaged L2 means that they don't force a router or a switch on us (whose configuration we can't control) - if you want two (or more) copper or fibre connections hanging off the wall, they are happy to oblige. The last advantage was install time (in the downtown core). But I'm getting away from what you are looking for.
