Quite frankly, I'm not concerned who coined it.  It's continued use 
(especially in my *shudder* Infotech 10 class) is a thorn in my side.

BTW, trying to not "thread hijack", do you guys know how fast you 
type?  65WPM gets you 100% automatically in IT10, and I'm getting a 
consistent 80WPM with no reward.
