I never said NOT to post people's triumphs. I suggested that it may be more 
helpful to keep smaller triumphs and send out a message outlining a larger 
triumph through a series of smaller steps. Obviously this was not clear. I 
did state that we were not trying to discourage people showing how they 
figured something out as this can be helpful.
