Yes, for the most part this list is populated by mature, intelligent 
individuals who behave in an appropriate fashion. There are times when a few 
people spoil it for everyone and we start to see some people unsubscribing 
because the list has become to inane for them. As a general forum it's hard 
to please everyone but these guidelines should hopefully alleviate that.

I have created a page now and you will see a link at the bottom of each email 
in the footer. There will be a link to these guidelines from the main 
navigation shortly.

Note, the content may change as I am still editing it. I just wanted something 
up so that people could get the info now.
