These are my thoughts and my thoughts only and not of the board.

In recent events I have noticed that some members have now taken an
offesive position on their posts. This is not called for. We are
adults here and should act as such. Some members have taken a stand
and seems to be attempting a revolt against the executives. Meanwhile
the executive boards seems on the defensive where they seem to be
defending their position. This is not right. Venting on the list is
not called for.

Last weeks activities from planning a possible meeting agenda turned
from planning to put into actions within hours. That did not give
sufficient time to even have all members, (executes and members
alike,) a proper time to respond. It was then stated that the board
will come up with a decision, (instead of "decision" in the Email it
should have said "the board is looking into this.")

EVERYONE makes mistakes and the executives are no exceptions.

Jarrod and the rest of the Execs take time out of their lives to try
to get things done right and to better CLUG. It is no small task. To
see the words, "then i fear you may have begun to forget the purpose
of the Executive." was taken as a direct attack to the individual.

The execs have done nothing but support Aaron's ideas and attempted to
work out solutions to his issues.

Due to the number of counters that have been tossed onto the list
instead of making things better it has obviously made things worse.
I'm sure the executives have now been offened and I wouldn't be
suprised if their voluntary efforts are deminished due to such
statements.

More attacks directed to individuals are apparent, THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE!!

We have lost the issue at hand of making the meeting be better and
have turned it into a witchhunt and childish finger pointing.

I for one am getting tried of this crap and wish for this to stop.
I'm sure other members agree this is more damaging than anythings
else.

The issue at hand was to make the meeting more enjoyable to
everyone... it has now turned into a political battle over viewpoints,
who said what and who is right.
