Only reason I'm posting to the list is you are probably
the most technically savvy group I know, certainly the only

Tried it (Talk Broadband) and kicked it back out. When calling a Telus number in the area we could hear them but they couldn't hear us... Called with it to Belgium, no problem..
I also ran a couple servers (www/mail) on the same shaw (small-biz) connection, as soon as somebody downloaded a wack of pic the phone connection became erratic...
Line quality is definitely an issue. Fax is optional (if available at all) Modem can't be used (to send fax from pc)
