Not really a stress test but if you have smartmontools installed you can see 
if your drives have logged any errors that could indicate they are about to 
die.  Use the smartctl command on each of you drives to see if any errors 
were logged.  smartctl -h gives some good usage examples but smartctl -a 
should be a good start and you can use smartctl -t to run the drives built in 
test.  Good luck.
