I've used various packages from them for over a year now - registered a few domains and moved some others around. Their prices are rather low (for some packages the lowest I've seen). And with the Canadian dollar relatively strong these days, getting US pricing for hosting can be quite attractive.
So far, I've had only positive experiences with them (feverishly knocking on wood...)
