Of course I get them my phone number, cell phone too in case not at home.
That was part of the ... Just can't understand, this question is reminiscent 
of dealing with phone help who are instructed to go through the basics with 
every one, even with someone how has done a lot of the troubleshooting.

I have their phone number here somewhere, (if they still have one). I should 
just give them a call. If not I will use the email address they had on the

My original question was if some one knew by experience how many days it may 
take, but it may be too soon to tell.
