I've been running my small consulting business almost exclusively using free SW for the past several years. The one exception has been Quickbooks Pro on XP for my bookkeeping. This was at the request of my previous accountant.
I'm now looking for a new accountant to prepare my business tax returns etc. I would prefer use a free SW package such as GnuCash for my bookkeeping. If you could recommend an accountant who is knowledgeable about free SW please let me know.
