I think Cameron is using the type of wireless scanners that stores have, not 
the ones that hook up to the your PS/2 keyboard port. They are basically PDAs 
with barcode scanners built in. They come in various different flavors and 
can even run linux. Some even come with label printers so you can scan the 
UPC symbols, search the store's database for the sale price and print off the 
price tag.
