suggesting phrasing, perhaps: "Here is a tool I found that will work with 
Windows and fits our requirements here. Note, though, that the widest 
selection of Samba tools, and probably the best ones, exist on the same 
platform that Samba grew up on: Unix, and specifically, Linux."
