In my opinion thats not a bad list it looks big but it's a large time that it uses. (I have been on lists where they have 2 Million+ in 2 days (i was in the same datacenteras the other server i had nothing to do with it))
I think it might be outdated, the last reported spam that i see on that list was over 4 months ago. >From spam from shaw IP's today I see many spam's from Microsoft SMTPSVC servers.
