Thanks Gustin.  I'm just trying to get server side filtering working, and when 
I did a search, Procmail was the one that came up most often.  I was 
concerned about some of the dated material though...  I'll take a look at 
sieve too though - maybe this will be easier to get going.. :)

I'm using Cyrus from my IMAP server, and vpopmail to manage virtual 
domains/users.
