Please pardon me for replying to my own posted letter, but I had enough
time to do some CD surfing on my Backup CD.

I have not yet had time to find my address book, but I did find the
email folders and their contents. But what was disturbing is that they
were labeled and looked very different and almost criptic from how they
originally appeared. I could read a few words of the contents, but they
were imbedded in what looked like script.

And I did not recognize at all the titles of the email messages.

How do I search for , find, and export my Kmail address book from the
back up CD to my Thunderbird CD?

Blessings,

Michael
