The next time I download an iso I can do what you suggested above.
I have successfully downloaded Simply_MEPIS-3.3.1.iso and when I did the md5sum SimplyMEPIS-3.3.1.iso I the sum was correct and thus the iso is perfect. Since I want to burn the CD from a file in a specific directory which may be different from the current directory, would you recommnend using gcombust or k3b? I also appreciate opinions on the choice from other members of this list.
