This is kind of what i use (Well almost the same) except for the hard
drives, I use 2 80GB sata's
My server's load average is normaly around 0.04 (currently 0.16), This
is overkill unless you know you might get /.'ed or be in the news.  A
high server load (in my opinion) for this server would be around 4.00

This looks perfect for about a 1000GB pipe if you ask me, you'll have
lots of processing power and a good price.

If you wanted you could go with a slower cpu with a cheaper price and
have lots to spare.

With what your looking for i think you should go for as much memory as
possible then worry about the power of the cpu.
