Hi Dharam. We do not do online membership payments, though this is something we might look into in the future. You can make arrangements with anyone on the executive to do this. We normally see this done at our meetings or one of our events. With regards to PHP experience, the best advice I can give you is "just do it". This means taking on a project yourself, or joining an existing project. This will reinforce what you already know, and help identify other methods to do a task.
