Yeah, but Gentoo isn't even 6 years old yet, can't fault them there. I like Gentoo because of the size of the portage tree as much as anything else. I've found some apps missing from Suse that are severely annoying to not have. I'm not largely familiar with the apt system, I imagine they have a lot of stuff too.
