Umbrello and ArgoUML might be worth a look. Each have their own quirks. Posidon: http://www.gentleware.com/index.php ...is pay-to-play but they have an eval version (last time I checked) which you can play with. It's based on ArgoUML
I just googled this from LJ: http://new.linuxjournal.com/article/8334 looks like it's worth a read. Haven't tried MagicDraw yet but looks like it may be worth a look as well.
