The money... can't argue with free stuff especially cosidering the alternatives.
The Power... webservers, databases, mailservers, file servers, DNS, routers... all easily available in linux on nearly any type of machine.
The Geek Factor... nothing cooler that to say you've made an P90 into a router, P133 into a webserver and a database server.
