As far as who is speaking it doesn't have to be one person it can be the whole group, but I think we should have one person for each team to organize and register their team. Maybe we could get other people though besides Shawn & Dave as I am sure they are busy. Maybe Bonnie could head one team and Kin the other as they seem keen on this.
