I have been trying to install Horde on a test server at home, with
various problems (I hope they are simple, but the solutions do escape me)
I have tried this a couple of times, including re-installing everything
(including the O/S and Kolab) on the test server
When I try to install the Horde Database to mysql I do / get the
following; (as per page 6 from the handout from Saturdays workshop)
edit horde/scripts/sql/create.mysql.sql to change the password
run mysql -u root -p < horde/scripts/sql/create.mysql.sql
This oen runs proper (no errors reported)
however....
when I next try mysql -u root -p <
horde/kronolith/sql/kronolith.mysql.sql
I get the following error
ERROR 1046 (3D000) at line 3: No database selected
it does not matter which module I try to add into the mysql, I get the
same error. I can log into mysql, see the Horde database and and the
tables, but I must be missing a step telling it what database to use
