Did you do the de-crippling with the stuff from this website? http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/xine/ or did you use the stuff from packman / guru? Don't know if I can specifically handle WM9, if it's small enough and you don't mind me viewing it, you could send it to me and I'll try it on my SUSE 10 box.
