Q9 (www.q9.com) also has a datacenter in calgary, though I am sure they
will be pricey.

After looking into local co-lo options, I decided on renting a server
from managed.com.  You have the choice of CentOS, Fedora Core 3,
FreeBSD, Debian, and Win2000/2003.  Monthly bandwidth of 1,000
Giga-bytes, and 10 or 100 megabit link to the net.

The economics are against co-lo IMO.
