Elections will be held for the executive, and any other agenda items asked for beforehand will be addressed. Nominations can take place right up to election time. Members of the executive must be Tier 2 members in good standing. Only Tier 2 members may participate in the voting process. If time permits, a regular monthly meeting will follow immediately after the AGM.
