Yes, sorry I didn't respond earlier. You can get one of these for $190 without RAM
or XP license. 512MB of DDR is available at memory express fo $50.
I got one to run SUSE by switching to LILO, GRUB didn't like it. ( hidden partition? )
Nice units, if I hadn't committed to an AMD64 that floated past I would have grabbed one.
No seperate power supply. We have a few eVectras, but NO power bricks.
NO expansion slots, if it don't run on USB , it don't run. 64MB onboard video.
On another topic, at the last meeting I asked if anyone would object to me posting
stuff like this that might interest CLUG members. Someone suggested I do a mailing
list, if you want to be on such a list ( I work at VFX ) please mail me OFF LIST.
