Dave, how about ipcop -- I know you did a bunch of work on it last year and from what I have heard, the last time it was done was several years ago and before my time. While the rudimentary setup is fairly simple, I am sure that there are intricacies that many have not ventured into like content filtering, dynamic dns, vpn, etc.
