There is another planning meeting next week (Dave is in the process of getting us a room), and then the Volunteer meeting on May 4th. I think these meetings will handle these other items. Of course, we'll end up talking about it amongst ourselves anyways at the general meeting (preferably before/after the meeting proper). If any urgent matters need to be taken care of, contact me when they come up and I'll notify the appropriate people and we/they will make a choice.
