If you take a few moments to Google before you ask your questions you'll be
better off. I heard something about this issue, had a look on Google and
thought it worthwhile to pass on to the list.

It is very easy to ask questions, much easier than looking things up for
yourself. At that point you can make informed decisions or ask pertinent
questions.

Forgive me if I'm a bit brusque but you seem to have a propensity for asking
questions without doing the research and, when offered suggestions you tend
to dismiss them outright if they don't jive with your current train of
thought.

Do a bit of legwork before you leap into the fire, look at the system
requirements as listed on the Census website. You'll get the answer to your
question.
