Ahh yes, I have done this before, Kerberizing my entire home LAN for no
good reason other than I had the OReilly book :)

I settled on Exim for 2 reasons, the first was it was the Debian default
(what finally sold me on Linux in the 90s), the second was plain text
config.

Postfix does not look too bad either, I am going to get my hands dirty
with this MTA in the next 2 months for a client (Kolab proof of concept).

For an ugly config, the system sendmail used to use (still does??? I
have no idea) was m4 macros... I am still not sure why this was a good idea.
