That is just local non routed IPs that are allowed.  The default in this
field is:
10.0.0.0/8 172.16.0.0/12 192.168.0.0/16

What does the status of squidguard say?

- From the command line of the IPcop box, what happens when you type:

Likely platinum then.  I am less than impressed with the
price/performance ratio of the local wireless providers.  They are lucky
that they don't usually compete with Telus and Shaw, who for all their
problems, have spoiled me with cheap, fast, and plentiful bandwidth.

The business arena is different, as terrago usually smokes Shaw and
telus, but it costs significantly more, and they have a tighter grip on
bandwidth.  Its why I lease servers in the US, as uncomfortable as that
makes me.  The economics of co-lo or locally provided pipes does not
make sense.
