Sorry, one other thought. Though we all support Linux and Open Source, we should be respecting copy write and as such we should not be involved with the communication, trafficking or piracy of copy write material. It is something that as an organization we should not be doing and from a personal legal stand point - it is not a smart thing to do leaving public audit trail of your endeavours.
