The GUI interface to configure a Samba server is called "swat", short
for Samba Web Administration Tool. On any debian-derived distro, install
"swat" with

apt-get install swat

Make sure to follow the "swat" instructions or the Samba server won't
let you access it's configuration.

In addition, Samba uses CUPS for it's printing back-end so CUPS has to
be configured, too.
