I can take a look if you'd like. For the record I absolutely hate Dia for database design. When I do need to create a entity relationship diagram, I use Umbrello. But even that is not as good as I'd like to see. There's a tool called WinERD (I think), by Platinum (now owned by CA). That thing was amazing - create a logical diagram, then a physical diagram from that, and then generate your SQL scripts. Or better yet, connect directly to the server and auto-draw an existing database, and make changes to it live (sorta). I've been waiting for such a tool in the Open Source world for a few years now...
