That's the part that doesn't make sense to me. My mail server is nowhere near (IP-wise) CosmoPOD. I've solved the immediate problem by moving the problem account off of Shaw's mail servers (it's an account at Kelly's domain that was forwarding to her Shaw account). However, this doesn't help me get mail to other Shaw customers...like Kelly at work, for example. Thanks for the tips/ideas...working on it. J
