I think the file you are talking about is C:\Windows\system32\oobe\images\title.wma

Okay, I know how wrong of me it is to ask this in a linux mailing list, but, I thought some of you may know. After setting up Windows XP (on an OEM machine that uses a backup image), and you get to the first time setup wizard (the one that does your time zone, and stuff like that), where the heck can I find that music? Its soooo sweet. Elevator music, granted, but, I love elevator music. Does anyone know where the file is?
