As you may know, Mandriva 2007 is out. I downloaded the DVD and installed. And it looks really good. I have been running it for 2 days now, and it is stable, no kat issues this time. kernel is 2.6.17 , essentially the last stable. 2 architectures i586 and IA-64 in the same dvd. KDE 3.5.x very slick. revamped package management, not like it was bad, but i think it just got better.
