Sorry for the off topic post, but... there are frequently help wanted ads here so I thought I'd throw out a 'Work Wanted' Ad, just incase somebody is looking for someone.
I'm a Programmer / Network Admin / Project Manager, with experience in multiple programming languages, and scripting languages (C/C++, Perl, PHP, bash, awk, sed, make...) and toolkits (X/Motif, Qt, sockets, etc, etc). I've worked in the oil and gas industry in various admin, leadership, and software development roles for the past 14 years.
I've also had experience as a network admin on various sizes of heterogeneous networks. I've experience in Linux, Solaris, IRIX, HP/UX, DEC, and windows (ugh). I'm familiar with more packages than I can count, but the big ones are Apache, mySQL, CVS, SVN, ...
I'm also an active part of the development team of a popular open source web content management system "CMS Made Simple" www.cmsmadesimple.org,
I'm looking for either full time, or casual after hour contract work. In network administration, web site programming, or general programming. I'm open to ideas and rates are negotiable.
