Hello All, When I tried to edit a c program using the vim editor in Suse the lines were not syntax color coded.
When I edit lines in c programs in Zenwalk the vim editor they were syntax color coded. I noticed that one further difference between zvimrc and vimrc was that the line following was added: syntax on so I added that line to vimrc in Suse and now I can edit c programs in both Zenwalk and Suse and the vim editors in both cases use syntax color coding. This is getting good! Now all I want is the icing on the cake that while in insert mode in the vim editor I can see the current file name of the file I am editing somewhere on the screen.
