Hello Gustin and all,

I have emacs on my system and will study it and learn how to use it when
I have time.

However, at the present time vim does everything I want it to do.

If after using emacs I find that I can do what I want to do more easily
in emacs than in vim editor, then I will switch. Otherwise I will
continue to use the vim editor.

As Gustin pointed out, if an abacus does the trick and I am happy with
it, more power to me. I do have a Japanese Soroban (abacus) which I know
how to use when I want to.

When I start exploring emacs I will let you know how I do and what I
think of it.

If someone loves and prefers emacs, the more power to him too.

Regards,

Michael
