I tend to agree, if the communication on this medium is any indication 
of the groups enthusiasm, there was a lot a couple of months ago, so 
either the group is waiting patiently for this master plan or we will 
have a great plan and no willingness to execute.  One of the great keys 
to management is to let people think they arrived at that conclusion all 
by themselves -- it creates buy-in.  As I am just another peon, I wait 
impatiently for the unveiling of the master plan.
