I'll assume that by "enterprise 3.0" you mean Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0. In any case, it doesn't really matter - if you have k3b installed, that's probably the easiest way. Find it in the application menus or just type k3b in a terminal or via an Alt-F2 command launcher window.
