I think eveyone agrees that CUUG needs to be involved. Is it such a good idea to hold this planning meeting on the same night as CUUG's general meeting? (They are meeting on the 28th and presenting on Solaris ZFS). Especially if they are invited to attend the planning meeting. Sure they can take part in later meetings, but one could see they would be delegated to a secondary role, instead of a primary one in this case. Food for thought.
