Hi All, CUUG will be holding their Open House on the 23rd of January at the main branch of the Calgary Public Library - Downtown.
The have asked us if we would like a table and also if possible to do a quick, 20 minute, presentation on a topic of our choice. Last year I did a quick demo of the Linspire OS that was well received but anything Linuxish would be fine with them. There is some interest within CUUG about the various Debian based distros but that choice would be up to the presenter. SUN, IBM etc usually show up and tout their wares so our presentations are a welcome change. :-) If you can help man the table for a couple of hours ore are keen to do a short presentation on a topic of their choice please give me a shout.
