Very well.

Almost seamlessly.  Real time apps will disconnect, and then reconnect 
(depending on the app).  So you'll know there an issue because ICE or 
Instant Messengers will disconnect, but then reconnect.

You can also direct specific connections out specific ISPs, (so Shawmail 
goes via the Cable connection, and Acculogs goes via Telus (for 
real-world examples))
