There are a lot of players in this space, and the price does not vary
much.  There are fiber, wireless, and copper solutions but none are cheap.

BigPipe is fiber and it was very close the Terrago quote.  Terrago makes
sense when you don't have fiber to your building which is really
expensive to install if it is  not already there.  They tend to have
very conservative usage limitations IMO.
